新一代普通（A型）及电脑（B型）变频控制滚揉机，是在传统真空滚揉机基础上研制开发的。整机采用不锈钢制作，结构合理，坚固耐用，运行平稳，真空及过滤系统无故障，节省能源，效率高，便于操作。
Description
New generation on tumbler of electric control (type A)and computerized frequency conversion tumbler (type B)are made of stainless steel with reasonable structure ,It is characteristic of durable filtering system ,energy conservation ,high efficiency and comfortable operation.
1.变频8级滚揉转速，即4~11rpm。10种滚揉方式，100个配方储存。
2.设定总工作时间、正转时间、反转时间、间歇时间、状态循环设定。
3.正口为角形叶片、偏口为单叶片。
4.偏口可提高生产能力约20%左右。
5.采用变频调速，可节省能源30%左右。
6.设有自动吸料，反转出料。


1.8 frequency converted tumbling speeds(4-11rpm) and 10 tumbing modes are selectable .100 formulas can be stored .
2. The periods of tumbling ,positive tumbling, reverse tumbling ,interval and condition cycle can be set up .
3.The central opening tumbler adopts the triangular-vane structure ,eccemtric opening tumbler and GR4600 tumbler adopt single-vane structure.
4.Eccentric opening tumbler can rise process capacity by approximately 20%.
5.The application of frequency converted speeds can save power by approximately 30%.
6.Automatic feeding, reverse rolling to discharge.
